I gave a talk early this month at Trifecta Technology and Innovation for Health, at MSU’s College of Communications Arts and Sciences about some of the research going on with my collaborators there.
I presented ongoing research on online health information seeking behavior (HISB) that examines various online channels (emailing providers, talking about health in chat groups, setting appointments and filling prescriptions online) and differences in use between (1) NH Whites, Foreign-born Latinos, and US-born Latinos, (2) US and Foreign born Latinos.
This was part of a research visit, and the team I am working with accomplished a significant amount of progress while I was there.
